Prince Kaybee lights fire under water with album: Remmino

Prince Kaybee unveils his latest impressive body of work at a fully packed venue of the “Remmino” exclusive album listening session in Rosebank @ Universal Music group.

The Album launch received overwhelming support from the Media and industry peers as the likes of Heavy K, Kenny Kunene (his Grade 10 English teacher), Naak Musiq, Kwela Tebza, Donald, Skeemsam actor “Clement Moasa” and many others graced us with their presence.

With the success of his last single “Banomoya” featuring Busiswa & TNS reaching over 7 million streams, the pressure to deliver and the demand for more good music from the public couldn’t be higher.

“I never expected any of the success that “Banomoya” reached, it was beautiful to watch. Banomoya did very well and even the new single “fetch your life” is doing exceptionally well, but when I look at my numbers “charlotte” is still the best selling.” Says Prince Kaybee.

It was an electrifying night of explosive live performance and music showcase. Msaki took to the stage with one of South Africa’s new favourite dance songs “Fetch your life” and effortlessly had everyone singing along, and then came along 4 more ear pleasing songs that had everyone in awe.

“Fetch your life was supposed to be on my second album but didn’t make it, and there’s also songs that didn’t make it into this album.” adds Kaybee.

The album has a versatility feel to it’s sound, soothes as a thirst quencher for variety and diverse melody. He displays the level of his skill on a “Piano” on steroid type of song ft the boys from the East Rand “MF Souls” that just takes you on a journey that touches the soul.

The Intro is a lovely new rendition of “Banomoya” by vocalist and rising star Mthokozisi who he discovered on Instagram.

One particular song stood out to the attendees as they roared with an encore request. “Gugulethu” which features the incredibly gifted Indlovukazi, Supta and Afrobrothers is probably the hottest song on the album and will most definitely be a club banger. This album will surely cement Prince Kaybee’s position as the ultimate dance music maestro and promises to be a contender for 2019’s most dominating album.
