Chris Walker, aka Manqoba Mahamba, has released a new single entitled, “My Queen,” August 7th. The exemplifies the way a woman should be treated by a man. Chris explains, “I wrote this song specifically to honour my wife and our Queens in Africa.” Chris is only releasing “My Queen” exclusively for his fans in Africa, to show his love and appreciation for supporting his music throughout the years.
It is most appropriate if there was anyone to continue the legacy of Al Jarreau, it’s Chris Walker who served as Al Jarreau’s Musical Director, co-vocalist and bassist for more than twenty years. Chris has given his fans hits like How Dow You Heal A Broken Heart, Giving You All My Love, Everything Will Be Alright and many more. Now we can add “My Queen” to his list of hits!
